In collaboration with our mates at Brix Distillery, we’re stoked to be hosting a Boilermaker Dinner at Resin Brewing on Thursday, September 8th from 6.30PM!

THREE-COURSE MENU

Grab a FREE Brix Premixed / Resin Small Brew on arrival followed by three courses of Resin Craft Beers & Brix Boilermakers. To top it all off, we’ve designed a perfectly paired three-course menu for you and your mates to enjoy.

Entree:

Brix White Cured Swordfish Ceviche w’ apple, radish & crispbread.

Served with Sandon Lager / Brix White.

Main:

Caribbean Spiced Chicken w’ Brix Gold soaked & charred pineapple.

Served with Flametree Amber Ale / Brix Gold.

Dessert:

Beeramisu w’ Resin Vanilla Porter soaked Biscotti & Brix spiced marscapone.

Served with Nice Nice Baby Vanilla Porter / Brix Spiced.
