Sandon: Lager 4.5% Columbus Light, refreshing and extremely sessionable, Sandon is a tap-house staple. The American style lager is fermented at cool temperatures and finishes nice and dry, inviting you back for more.
Ginger Sandon: Lager + Ginger Elixer 4.5% Columbus Sandon lager is infused with a delicious ginger elixir to give a whack of ginger that lasts the whole glass through. Lager and Lime meets its cool ginger cousin.
Black Diamond: Dark Lager 4.5% Fuggles Rich and smooth, this Dark Lager balances roasted malt depth with an easy- drinking finish. Notes of toasted bread, subtle chocolate and a hint of caramel shine through without overpowering the palate. Full of flavour yet beautifully clean, it’s a darker drop that stays crisp to the last sip.
Rye Way: Rye Pale Ale 5% Centennial, Chinook, Citra A simple beer, made really well. Delicate and slightly sweet upfront, no single flavour dominates this well-rounded malt forward beer that finishes with the spicy dryness of rye malt. Careful, as soon as you put the glass down, your hand will be subconsciously reaching for more!
Howzat: NEIPA (New England Indian Pale Ale) 5.8% Enigma, Vic Secret This NEIPA is bursting with juicy, fruit-forward character from the first sip. Expect waves of ripe mango, pineapple and stone fruit layered over a soft, pillowy body. Low in bitterness and hazy in appearance, it finishes smooth and lush with a lingering tropical sweetness.
Loose Cannon: IPA (Indian Pale Ale) 5.9% Eclipse, Vista, Mosaic, Galaxy This IPA bursts with bright tropical aromatics and fresh citrus lift. Layers of passionfruit and zesty mandarin sit over a balanced malt backbone, finishing with a slight, refreshing bitterness. Bold yet beautifully drinkable, it delivers big flavour while keeping a clean, crisp edge.
Half-Hazed: Mid Hazy Pale 3% Galaxy, Sabro Feeling sensible? Reach for a Half Hazed Mid Hazy Pale 'cause it's hard to believe this sessionable hazy is only 3.5%. You'll get full haze at half the strength with a big body, full new world hop flavours and bonus? You'll only be half as hazy the next day!
Tiny Mango Tango: Berliner Weisse 3% Hallertau Blanc Tiny Mango Tango is here to steal the spotlight. This spritzy 3% Berliner Weisse brings a cheeky twist of mango and a bright tart snap, making it the perfect partner for sunny days and good times.
Flametree: Amber Ale 6% Mosaic, Sabro, Citra, Galaxy A different take on the classic American Amber, Flame Tree has a low bitterness and silky soft mouthfeel. Crystal malts combine with Sabro hops to give flavours of caramel, tangerine, coconut and vanilla. Flame Tree is an ode to the strikingly iconic Illawarra Flame Tree that grows up and down our beautiful coastline.
Rockpool: Pacific Ale 4.2% Galaxy, Mosaic, Azacca Dive into Rockpool, our easy-going Pacific Ale brewed for long arvos by the water. Light, crisp, and pouring at 4.2%, it’s packed with tropical fruit and a hint of citrus, finishing clean and refreshing. Think salty air, sun on your back, and a cold one in hand - easy-drinking, sessionable and made for the Aussie coast.
